General Description
Renovate existing building 1619 at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth to create space for Security Forces and 301 Air Force Office of Special Investigations. The building will be fully gutted except for the existing structural frame, envelope, subflooring, and slab-on-grade. The building will then be upgraded to be fully accessible.
The renovations and alterations will be completed in compliance with the Government provided A&E design specifications and drawings. Construction requirements include, but are not limited to the following:
- demolition
- mechanical/HVAC,
- electrical
- plumbing
- haul away of waste material

In accordance with FAR 36.204 and DFARS 236.204, the magnitude of construction for this requirement is between $3,000,000 and $6,000,000.
