The purpose of this project is to renovate Building 10A at Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania.  The contract work includes renovation of approximately 26,000 SF of existing shop area of Building 10 Bay A and reconfiguration into multiple shop areas.  Work includes selective demolition of the existing space and modifications to lighting, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, fire suppression and HVAC, dust collection and systems.  Work includes new partition walls, infrastructure upgrades, new refrigerant reclaim system, relocation of shop equipment from other buildings to Building 10A, removal of Exterior Insulation Finish System (EIFS) and painting of exterior CMU, minor site work and roofing associated with installation of new roof hatches.  An option to include demolition and construction for office are in Building 10C and all associated infrastructure is also included.
