The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Building 109 Rodent Remediation - Camp Roberts located at Camp Roberts - Building 109, Highway 101, San Miguel, California. Work to include: The Contractor shall address a rodent infestation by extermination and removal, followed by the removal and replacement of insulation, HVAC ductwork, gypsum board, and trim moldings, as well as sanitization, sealing of access points, installation of new insulation, and painting at Building 109. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory job walk on 5/8/2024, at 11:00 AM at Camp Roberts - Building 109, Highway 101, San Miguel, California. Arrive at least 20 minutes early. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the job walk site by contacting Mr. Stonecipher, Mike at [email protected]. Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the job walk, attend the entire job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor license. The Government Estimate for this project is between $195,000.00 and $238,000.00.
