Description
The 50th Contracting Squadron is seeking potential small business sources interested in proposing on an anticipated acquisition that includes all contractor supplied management, labor, equipment, and materials to repair the HVAC system in B500, to include repair of the outside air damper to the main air handler, replacement of two chilled water pumps, installation of variable frequency drives, replacement of the chilled water control valves, and installation of CO2 sensors on Schriever AFB.

The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify the availability of qualified small business sources. The anticipated contract type will be Firm Fixed Price with a magnitude between $100,000 and $250,000. Work to be performed under the contract will be within the North American Classification System (NAICS) code of 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors.

If you have the capability and are interested in this acquisition, submit a detailed capability statement which, at a minimum, identifies:
1. Relevant past performance with evidence of similar work completed in the past three years, to include dollar value.
