BELL HELICOPTER TEXTRON INC, Cage 97499 is the approved source for this material. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. The requirement is for 167 each. The required delivery is 504 days ARO to stock location, Cherry Point, NC. This is an Unrestricted Acquisition. Other Than Full and Open Competition applies, Sole Source per (FAR 6.302). FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance Origin applies. This is a CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM. The use of the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) is applicable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal to be considered. A letter will be utilized to solicit the Request for Proposal (RFP) as there is currently a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) in place.
