The 23rd Contracting Squadron/LGCA2 plans to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Base Training and Education Services Center Technical Support at Moody AFB, GA per the attached Statement of Work. This BPA will be set aside for small business concerns under the authority of FAR 19.502-1 for a period not to exceed 5 years.
Interested firms may advise their interest to participate in this solicitation by submitting in writing their technical capabilities, pricing, and other information that demonstrate the ability to meet the requirements specified above. Prices for all items requested in the attached Price List shall include shipping cost to Moody Air Force Base and shall be guaranteed for a period of one year.
All offerors must be Central Contractor Registered (CCR) and online representation and certification application (ORCA) must be activated. ORCA registration for on line representation and certification requirements may be viewed via the internet at www.bpn.gov. OFFERORS MAY INCLUDE A COMPLETE COPY OF THE PROVISION AT FAR 52.212-3 OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS WITH THEIR OFFER, which can be downloaded from the internet or requested in writing via facsimile at 229-257-3547. Offerors that fail to furnish the required representation information via submission or ORCA registration, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation, may be excluded from consideration.
