This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.2.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The Oklahoma City-Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC/PKOAB) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma, intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of materials listed below:

BSP MetaManager 2 User Bundle Software License(s) along with Maintenance and Support Agreement(s)
License type: Named User
Period of Performance : 12 Months- May 2012 to May 2013
Software to be used in conjunction with IBM Cognos and to provide security, performance, scheduling, and managing of reporting models, packages, and reports.
Software to provide the most comprehensive toolset for administering Cognos.
