THIS IS AN ADVANCE NOTICE OF PUBLIC POSTING
The planned requirement is waste collection and recycling services within Bryce Canyon National Park, Garfield County, Utah, with a base contract and four option years. The contractor will be required to provide all equipment, personnel, and management oversight to collect trash and co-mingled recycling on a regular schedule to dispose of according to applicable Federal, State, County, and local laws, regulations, policies, and best practices. Co-mingled recycling currently includes plastics, papers, and a separate bin for glass. Contractors must be able to obtain permits within Utah for refuse / recycling disposition as required.
