Good afternoon, Due to the length of time, and the volatility of the market since the last bid. We are asking for all subcontractors to provide new pricing based upon the current market conditions. The project is to begin shortly after new pricing is received. If you have previously priced this project, note that the contract documents have not been changed or added to. If you have not bid the project before and wish to do so, please let us know by responding to this invitation or contacting Aubrie Gray ([email protected]). If you have bid the project previously and your price has stayed the same, we still will need an updated proposal with a new date. The project is anticipated to start within 30 days of the bid date. This is a Private Project and does not require prevailing wage. Updated proposals are due to us no later than Tuesday October 5th at 2PM PST. The Bid Documents are linked to this invite. Please make sure to clearly state "Tax Included" on all proposals. Also, in reviewing Tovey/Shultz’s Insurance attachments and sample contract that is included with the bid documents, please note that Tovey/Shultz’s insurance attachments should be considered the minimum and you must refer to the contract documents for the owner requirements that must also be met.
