The Brooklyn Nash Stewardship Project is located on the Laramie Ranger District of the Medicine Bow-Routt National Forest encompassing the area indicated on the Project Area Map (which includes Contract Area Maps). The objective for the project area is to manage roadside vegetation by removing hazard trees along NFSR 317 and in Nash Fork Campground for public safety while protecting improvements and sensitive areas. Work includes performance of stewardship activities within the boundaries of the project as defined on the enclosed map "Brooklyn Nash Contract Area Map" located in Attachments. The work required by this contract includes all of the requirements outlined herein and in the attachments, and includes, but is not limited to:
• Hazard trees will be felled, limbed, and skidded in the cutting units, with associated slash work completed (see Appendix A);
• Timber harvest and removal and related work (see Appendix B);
• Road Maintenance T-Specifications (see Appendix C).
(b) Resulting Contract - Any resultant contract will be a commercial services contract with requirements for timber removal.
(c) Project Location - Project is located in Township 16 North, Range 79 West, Sections 10, 11, and 14, 6th P.M., Albany County Wyoming.
