The project consists of construction of a new Control Room on the top of the existing Dam structure. The work generally includes construction of steel-stud walls with ballistic sheathing, wood truss roof structure w/ metal roofing, installation of HVAC equipment, receptacles, interior and exterior lighting, and data cabling for the new control room. The project is located approximately 6 miles south of Toston, Montana at the end of Toston Dam Road. The project is owned and operated by the DNRC. The Montana DNRC will hold a Pre-Bid Conference at the Broadwater Dam site starting at 11:00 AM local time on February 13, 2020. Bidders having questions or requiring clarification or interpretation of any section within this event must address these issues in writing utilizing the eMACS Q & A Board of this solicitation by the deadline stated, with responses posted to eMACS no later than February 26, 2020. Questions received after the deadline may not be considered.
