The International Broadcasting Bureau- Office of Cuba Broadcasting has a requirement to broadcast live coverage of Major League Baseball games for the 2017 Baseball season.  Exclusive broadcast rights are only available through Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., and no other sources can provide this service.  Pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1), OCB intends to make a sole-source award to Major League Baseball for a broadcast rights license.  This license will be procured on behalf of OCB and for the use with Radio Marti programming, a major international broadcast entity of the U.S. Government.  This is not a solicitation or Request for Quotation.  Any interested sources that respond to this notice shall provide written consent from Major League Baseball and provide written evidence of their ability to provide the required service described herein within 15 days from the publishing of this Notice, will be considered.  Responses to this notice must be submitted via email [email protected].  Oral expressions of interest will not be accepted.  Any questions related to the subject Notice shall be submitted in writing to the attention of Marisol Cruz, Contracting Officer, office phone:  305-437-7024, office fax:  305-437-7027 email.  All written expressions of interest shall specially reference this Notice by its title and date of publication.
