The International Broadcasting Bureau - Office of Cuba Broadcasting (OCB) has a requirement to broadcast live coverage of Major League Baseball games for the 2015 baseball season. Exclusive broadcast rights are only available through Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., and no other sources can provide this service. Pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), OCB intends to make a sole-source award to Major League Baseball for a broadcast rights license. This license will be procured on the behalf of OCB and for the use with Radio/TV Marti programming, a major international broadcast entity of the U.S. Government. This is not a solicitation or Request for Quotation. Any interested source that respond to this notice shall provide express written consent from Major League Baseball and provide written evidence of their ability to provide the required service described herein within 15 days from the publishing of this Notice, will be considered. Responses to this notice must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Oral expressions of interest will not be accepted.
