The International Broadcasting Bureau - Office of Cuba Broadcasting (OCB) has a requirement to broadcast live coverage of Major League Baseball games for the 2013 baseball season. Broadcast rights are only available through Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., and no other sources can provide this service. Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 and 12.106-1 (b), OCB plans to make an award to Major League Baseball on a sole-source basis for a broadcast rights license. This license will be procured within the next 15-days on behalf of OCB and for the use with Radio/TV Marti programming, a major international broadcast entity of the U.S. Government. This is not a solicitation, and interested sources that respond to this notice shall provide evidence of their ability to provide the required service within ten (10) days from the publishing of this Notice. Oral expressions of interest will not be accepted.
