This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number AG-03R6-S-17-0062 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-94B and 2005-95B - 1/19/2017.

This is a Hubzone set-aside and the small business size standard is $7.5 Million. The North American Industry Classification Code is 115310.

A quotation is requested to haul and place rip rap at eight bridges which have been determined to be scour critical. The bridges are locate on the Swan, Hungry Horse, Glacier View, and Spotted Bear Ranger Districts. The details of performing the work are stipulated as considered essential in the drawings and specifications for the successful completion of the work. Furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract

The awarded contract will be a a firm fixed price contract, with a starting date of July 15, 2017.

The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. In addition, offerors will include with their offer a completed copy of the FAR provision 52.212-3, Offer Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. The FAR clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition.
