FedBizOpps Notice for Bridge Contract N00244-05-D-0065 The Naval Medical Logistics Command intends to issue, on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a bridge contract with Esoterix, Inc who currently supplies the Naval Medical Center San Diego with coagulation laboratory testing services under contract N00244-05-D-0065. The current contract expires on 30 September 2008. The proposed bridge contract will have a Period of Performance of 01 October 2008 to 30 September 2009. The bridge contract is concluded when the resolicitation for these services is awarded. The bridge contract shall be placed in anticipation of the award of an IDIQ contract resulting from a competitive solicitation that will be advertised on FedBizOpps. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Responses shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafied capability to fulfill the requirements.
