This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(vii) This item is for the DHHS, SSC, Perry Point, Maryland, 21902. Delivery is requested to be 30 days after receipt of order. Evaluation will be based on lowest price technically acceptable.

The Government will award a contract resulting from this synopsis/solicitation to the responsible Quoter whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.

(xiv) Brand Name Justification: The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) located at the Supply Service Center, Perry Point Maryland wishes to award a purchase order for the 3M brand Breathe Easy cartridges, part# RBE-57 through an interagency agreement with elements of the Department of Defense (DoD) This action is a resupply of fielded DoD units that already use 3M Breathe Easy cartridges. For seamless integration and continuity, the DHHS seeks 3M brand Breathe Easy cartridges. This action can be considered a follow-on contract.
