Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Branch, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed-price BPA Call under solicitation W81K0221Q0211 to Allergan, Inc. in the amount of $75,000.00 for the purchase of Natrelle Inspire Implants/Expanders, AlloDerm, Strattice, Revolve, and Keller Funnel for urgent patient surgery at Madigan Army Medical Center, Joint-Base Lewis McChord, Tacoma, WA. The Surgeon and Surgical Team has made the determination that these specialty implants will meet the salient characteristics of the surgical requirement to complete the patient’s surgical procedure and will lead to a positive and full recovery.
