Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends to procure the labor, supervision, miscellaneous materials, tools, and equipment for performing modifications to the DISTRICT’S Fairbury 115kV substation located near Fairbury, Nebraska. The work includes removal and installation of foundations, equipment and bus, installation of conduit and grounding, pulling cable, and spreading rock.
