The Department of Human Services, Torrance State Hospital is soliciting a supplier to provide bread items as described in the attached specifications. Bids must be submitted electronically. Bid is due by 2:00 pm on February 10, 2021. This is for the delivery of Breads for the period of April thru June 2021. Quantities listed are estimates and may increase or decrease based on the needs of the facility. Bid awarded on low total for all items. Bidders will only bid the acceptable brands, pack size and codes as specified. all items to be in accordance with pa specifications that are attached. Dietary Dept. will notify vendor on quantities needed for each delivery date. Alternate deliveries may be arranged, as required. Quantities may be adjusted at the request of the Dietary Dept, to meet the needs of our consumers. A response must be given for each attribute. Complete and return your bid electronically.
