This procurement is being solicited as an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) as unrestricted. Solicitiation SPE300-15-X-0003 is designed to place market fresh bread and bakery items, all fully competitive items, on contract for various customers including McGhee Tyson ANG, TN and the Blue Ridge Job Corps Center in Marion, VA. Contract performance will be from April 19, 2015 through April 15,2017.The resultant award will be issued as an IDPO not to exceed 2 years or $150,000 aggregate value, whichever comes first. Prices quoted shall remain firm-fixed for the entire two year period.

The resultant contract will be made based on price only. The offerer must meet all terms and conditions of the solicitation. If an offerer takes exception to the terms and conditions of the solicitation, its offer may be excluded from consideration for award.
