The Government is considering a not to exceed (NTE) contract for BRCA Analysis and is seeking industry input on how best to support Luke AFB's Medical Group. The Government is conducting market research to identify, as potential sources, companies that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to competently and competitively conduct analysis. This Sources Sought is being issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation nor is this notice a request for quotations. DO NOT submit a quote or proposal in response to this synopsis. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Sources Sought or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. Companies responding to this Sources Sought are advised that participation does not ensure involvement in future solicitations or contract awards. The Government will not reimburse any company or individual for any expenses associated with preparation or participation in this request for information.

Under the proposed contract, the contractor will be required to perform BRCA1, BRCA2, and Comprehensive BRCA Analysis, and/or single-site, multisite, reflex, and rearrangement testing.

Interested businesses shall provide the following information:

1. Company name, cage code, DUNS number, and point of contact, including telephone number and e-mail address.

2. No more than a 1-page capabilities statement supporting their capability to fulfill the requirement. (list of BRCA tests available is sufficient)

3. If applicable, also include a brief, no more than one page, description of past experience your company provided BRCA Analysis. Please include contract number (if applicable), requester/company name contract or order was with, magnitude, and type of analysis.
