This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside Request for Quotes (RFQ) for one (1) each Ordnance Deformer Mobile Unit for Dover AFB, DE. All Quotes shall be in accordance with attached Statement of Work (SOW) and RFQ package.

Evaluation of Offers: The evaluation and award for this acquisition will be made on the basis of lowest evaluated price of quote. The offeror's proposed price will be evaluated for completeness and reasonableness. Unrealistically low or high-proposed prices, initially or subsequently, may be grounds for eliminating the offer from either on the basis that the offeror does not understand the requirement or the offeror has made an unrealistic offer. The Offeror shall provide sufficient detail to substantiate the validity of all stated assertions.
