AMENDMENT 1 - This is an amendment to the original Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.  The Amendment provides an updated Attachment 1 - Product Description_rev1 and Attachment 2 - Pricing Worksheet_rev1.  These attachments reflect an increase in quantities of the same type of Sorinex equipment.

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation on FedBizOpps/Contract Opportunities; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attachment entitled "Solicitation No. H92240-20-Q-2045" for a Description of the Requirement.
