CLIN 0001 – Qty. 1 each, Brand Name or Equal, Luna Technologies, Inc. IAW Salient Characteristics, Luna 6415 Lightwave Component Analyzer, Mainframe providing reflection and transmission measurements with 20 micron resolution and measurement length of 20 m (40 m in transmission) over the C-band. Includes laptop Instruments Controller, software, accessory kit and hard shell shipping case.

This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13.  Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-21-Q-0008 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.
