The Request for Quote (RFQ) number 0000149 and is being conducted as a Brand Name or Equal competition for Bankers Almanac and Online Compliance Subscriptions . The NAICS Code for this requirement is 519130 - Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals; the size standard is 1,000 personnel. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), eight (8) month base year and four (4) twelve (12) month option periods awarded to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror.

This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01, effective 01/22/2019. This requirement will be awarded on an all or none basis is a commercial item, fixed price contract under the procedures at FAR Parts 12 and 13.
