TOWN OF BRAINTREE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS INVITATION FOR BID TREE SERVICES Pursuant to MGL c. 30, §39M and all other applicable laws, sealed bids for tree removal/trimming tree stump removal for the Town of Braintree, MA will be accepted at the Department of Public Works, 85 Quincy Ave, Braintree, Massachusetts 02184, until 1:00 PM., on August 6, 2020, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read. Specifications will be available on July 20, 2020 at 1:00 PM. from the Town website at http://www.braintreema.gov/Bids.aspx. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Laws apply to all services. The Town of Braintree is an affirmative action/equal employment purchaser. The Town of Braintree reserves the right to reject any or all bids, wholly or in part in accordance with MGL c. 30, §39M.
