Amendment to answer vendor questions:

1) Are you asking for pricing that combines the cost
of the tissue (the brains) and harvesting fee or just the harvesting fee?

A) The harvesting fee only

2) An the line for Harvested Brains (note: should read Brain Harvesting fee), am I supposed to give you a price in each year box (first year, option 1, option 2) for harvesting 1 brain or the total for harvesting 60 brains?

A) Provide the price for harvesting one brain in each box (base year, OYI, OYII)
