The National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS/BPH), within the Library of Congress requires a contractor to transcribe, press, bind and distribute publications in braille for users of the braille and talking book program in accordance with NLS/BPH specifications #410 (Mailing Carton Labels) and #801 (Braille Magazines or Newspapers).
