The contractor shall create and distribute braille versions of print magazines to subscribers of braille magazines within the NLS network.
The contractor shall transcribe from a printed work to braille, press or emboss, bind and distribute to patrons braille magazines in accordance with the requirements of NLS Specification #801 (Braille Magazines or Newspapers).
