The United States Army Contracting Command, Warren, MI plans to issue a sole source Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 to BAE Systems, Sterling Heights, MI (CAGE code 7B726) to acquire the design, development, and integration of multiple engineering changes into the Bradley M2A4 and M7A4 vehicles to accomplish the ECP2b program.
