This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) intends to award a new Cost-Plus Incentive-Fee contract to BAE Systems, Sterling Heights, Michigan (CAGE Code 7B726) to acquire the design, development, and integration of multiple engineering changes into the Bradley M2 and M7 vehicles to accomplish the ECP2b Program. Subcontracting opportunities may exist with the prime contractor after award. For the proposed contract action, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, for consideration by ACC-WRN.
