The Government inends on awarding one (1) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Hogan Assessments Leadership Series.

The Leadership Forecast Series consists of the following:

- (HPI) Hogan Personality Inventory

- (HDS) Hogan Development Survey

- (MVPI) Motives Values Preferences Inventory

- Features:  Executive Summary, Score Graphs, Score Interpretation, Subscale Scores, Developmental Recommendations, Development Planning Resources, Coaching Tools, Individual Debrief Materials.

Required Reports

POTENTIAL REPORT (based on the Hogan Personality Inventory) – describes day-to-day leadership strengths  
CHALLENGE REPORT (based on the Hogan Development Survey) – addresses potential challenges or derailment risks  
VALUES REPORT (based on the Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory – highlights core values, drivers, and preferences 
COACHING REPORT (integrates HPI, HDS, & MVPI results)  – narrative summary of results with developmental tips
FLASH REPORT (an overview of HPI, HDS, & MVPI results)

Offerors shall complete the attached solicitation and price list. The quoted price shall be inclusive of one (1) assessmet.
