The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is seeking vendors for the following item, "Materials for the Production of Electric Discharge Machining (EDM) Surface Pieces". The purchase will be made under FAR part 13 as a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The orders placed against this BPA will be for various sizes and types of graphite. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 332710 with a size standard of 500. The BEP intends to award a five (5) year BPA with one (1) base year and four (4) Option Periods of twelve (12) months each.

All graphite material shall be supplied with written certification per the BEP's ISO requirements.

Quotes shall be submitted on the attached Standard Form (SF) 1449 via an email attachment on or before 10/30/2009. The items listed on the SF 1449 are for quoting purposes only. This is not an order.
