Attendees may join the meeting from your computer, tablet or smartphone. If you have not used the Microsoft Teams platform previously, it is recommended you allow plenty of time to download the software and log into the meeting. All bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting in order to acquaint themselves with the local conditions under which the work is to be performed and to correlate personal observations with the requirements of the Contract Documents.
