Contractor shall provide a scoring system with integrated point of sales (POS) terminals. Scoring shall be ten pin bowling using a system approved by the United States Bowling Congress (USBC). System shall offer automatic engagement of pop up bumpers. System shall record sales and usage of open play, league play, food sales, drink sales (with modifiers), locker rental, billiard rental, which will interface directly to our SAP system. System shall be a true HD system output and HDMI connection between system and monitors (42" min), connection to bowlers terminals using tablet touchscreen technology with LCD display capable of communicating with facility staff via in built video intercom, in built multi-media system with integrated digital signage, integrated trouble call system to notify remote facility mechanic of malfunction and advising customers on overhead monitors.
As a result of the solicitation, the NAFI contemplates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract. The material and prices will be fixed, but each location will require an individual proposal for the specific need. The contract will be for an initial Base Period [Date of Award for a period of Three (3) Years] and Two (2) One-Year Option Periods to follow

No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. CNIC will consider responses received by 3:30 P.M., Central on 16 January 2013. Inquiries will only be accepted vial email to [email protected]. No telephone requests will be honored.
A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of CNIC. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
