This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA4625-010-Q-0057 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for bowling equipment at Whiteman AFB, MO. The NAICS code is 423910.
Basis for Award: a FFP contract shall be awarded to the contractor whose offer represents the best value to the Government.  Paper copies of the Request for Quotation shall not be made available.
Items required: Ball return (PN: 612520087) or equal QTY: 8 EA, lower rack (PN: 612520005) or equal QTY: 8 EA, ball reutrn spare parts kit (PN: 612520090) or equal QTY: 1 EA, and removal of old ball returns and lower ball racks as well as installation of the new ball returns and lower ball racks. Delivery: FOB Destination to Whiteman AFB, MO. Offers stating other than FOB Destination will be considered non-responsive.
