This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is FA4659-09-Q-0010; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-32.

This is a brane name approved acquisition (See attached RFQ for specifics); the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423910. The business size standard is 100 Employees. This request for quotation consists of the following: QubicaAMF monitors, conversion box, and software (See RFQ). The brand name justification is also available for viewing.

The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database @ www.ccr.gov and shall be considered for award.
