This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. 

This acquisition is set-aside for Small Businesses in accordance with FAR part 19.5. 

The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 713950 with a size standard of $7 Million.

McConnell AFB, KS 67221-3606 plans to acquire the following services (base year plus 2 option years):

Bowling Alley equipment maintenance and repair, the contractor shall repair, maintain and perform preventative maintenance on all bowling facility equipment, to include pinsetters, lanes, ball returns, electrical scoring system, etc. at Tornado Alley on McConnell Air Force Base in accordance with the attached Statement of Work 23 July 2013.

The following is a description of the contract line items as detailed in the following attached solicitation.

CLIN 0001 - QTY(12 months) - Bowling equipment maintenace labor

CLIN 0002 - QTY(NTE $5,000) - Bowling equipment maintenace parts

*Period of Performance 16  September 2013 - 15 September 2014.

Bowling Alley equipment maintenance in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.

CLIN 1001 - QTY(12 months) - Bowling equipment maintenace labor

CLIN 1002 - QTY(NTE $5,000) - Bowling equipment maintenace parts

*Period of Performance 16 September 2014 - 15 September 2015.

Bowling Alley equipment maintenance in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.

CLIN 2001 - QTY(12 months) - Bowling equipment maintenace labor

CLIN 2002 - QTY(NTE $5,000.00) - Bowling equipment maintenace parts

*Period of Performance 16 September 2015 - 15 September 2016.
