THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for bowling alley maintenance at The Alley located at Patrick AFB per the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Period of performance is 01 Sep 2016 through 30 Aug 2017. This is a Sole Source with Scott Parker IAW FAR 6.302-1. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15) Scott Parker is the only source capable of fulfilling the government's requirement and available to provide this service. Scott Parker will be providing recurring maintenance of bowling alley lanes, to include service of pinsetters, ball returns, lane oil machines and other equipment used for bowling.

The attached Sole Source Justification has been made available for review. No solicitation documents exist at this time. This service utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 811310.
All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/LGCB has determined that Scott Parker is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
