IMPORTANT UPDATE**:

This Amendment serves to change the following:

1. The number of years in the period of performance have been reduced from 10 to 7.

2. The site visit/taste test times have been changed.  Prospective vendors are expected to arrive to Yokota Air Base around 0630, whereas they'll be escorted to the Bowling Alley.  Vendors will be given from 0700-0930 to prepare two (2) Thai dishes and one (1) American dish.  The taste test will commence at 1000.  Vendors must be out of the kitchen and cleaned up by 1000.  Additonally, food used in preparation must be from an approved source (i.e. the base commissary or warehouse IAW PWS para. 3.3).  Please see more detailed changes in Attachment 1 - Site Visit. 

3.  Prospective vendors must pass 2 out of 3 subfactors to be technically available, but they must pass the taste test. 

4.  A Q&A has been posted as attachment 10.

These were the major changes, minus minor clerical error corrections.  Please see highlighted sections for changes.
