The City of Bowie, Maryland requests proposals for the removal of hazardous trees throughout the Bowie Golf Course, located at 7 420 Laurel-Bowie Road, Bowie, Maryland 20715. Specifications and bid documents are available at no cost by emailing your request to Robin Jones ([email protected]). Electronic (pdf) proposals will be received via email to Robin Jones at [email protected] until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 9, 2022. The City of Bowie reserves the right to reject all proposals. There will not be a pre-bid meeting, however, interested bidders are encouraged to visit the site. All questions or clarifications regarding this Request for Proposal shall be submitted by email to Robin Jones at [email protected]. Deadline for inquiries is 11 :00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 2, 2022. Written responses to all questions and/or clarifications will be issued no later than Thursday, August 4, 2022, to all those who request the RFP.
