Pursuant to the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Contractor is capable of satisfying Agency Requirements. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price Contract for Supply and Install of 29 Viking Botany Cabinets to replace existing damaged cabinets currently integrated into Spacesaver Mobile Systems in Building 010A on or about August 12, 2018, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This Notice of Intent is not considered a Request for Quotation (RFQ) nor is it a Request for Proposals (RFP). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored.

Written responses to this special notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona-fide capability to fulfill the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The government may consider responses received by 2PM EDT, August 12, 2019. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no written responses are received after the publication of this notice the purchase will be awarded without further notice.
