As implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation., CAGE code: 1SU81, for the delivery of 3 each Brand Name Battlefield Operations Support System (BOSS®), TCG-2000 SLB BOSS Single Link 16 Capable (rackmount model w/dual channel 1553) including ancillary equipment, manual and Installation  TCG is the original  equipment manufacturer and, as such, only known source at this time for this support equipment and has the technical knowledge, proprietary data, and expertise necessary to manufacture this item. 

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of the synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
