The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Detroit, Michigan (ACC-DTA), intends to issue a sole-source procurement from Graflex Inc., - Jupiter, Florida.  The item being procured is restricted to Graflex, Inc.

A Technical Data Package (TDP) is not available.  The part is available from Graflex Inc.

Only the NSN or manufacture’s part number is acceptable.  No substitutions or replacement is allowed.

This procurement will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), 5-year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

This pre-solicitation synopsis is for information purposes only and is not a request for proposal. ACC-DTA anticipates issuing the solicitation on 30 OCT 2020. The forecasted due date for proposals is 29 NOV 2020. Anticipated date of award is 15 DEC 2020.

This solicitation shall be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. All contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) must be registered on the System for Award Management (SAM) website. You may register via the Internet at https://beta.sam.gov/.

Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders' mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
