This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Equipment must be portable and lightweight. Power supply to be AC and battery. Equipment must met MIL-STD 810F for vibration, shock, water resistance, humidity, saqnd and dust. Must meet MIL-STD 461E for electromagnetic interference and explosive atmosphere.

(vi) ) Delivery to be FOB Destination, Davis-Monthan AFB, Tucson AZ, within 30 days ARO.

(ix) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.204-8 Annual Representations and Certifications and submit with its offer.

(x) All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration (CCR), that failure to register in CCR by Monday, September 29, 2008 at 1:00pm (PST) will make an offeror ineligible for award.
