The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source purchase order to National Marrow Donor Program 3001 Broadway St. Minneapolis MN 55413-2196. for the purchase ofBome Marrow Transplant and Research. National Marrow Donor Program is the proprietary vendor and sole distributor of this service to Wilford Hall Medical Center, which is used by the Air Force Agencies. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Interested persons may indentify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. However, all quotes received by 5 August 2015, 12:00 pm CST will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
