ACT requires specific additional capability development support to fulfil a high priority task concerning BMD requirement review and validation and capability package coherence. The support of a contractor with required skills in BMD Systems, Command and Control, requirements engineering and capability planning is required to be able to provide technical support for ACT to conclude this tasking in the required time frame.
