INVITATION TO BID LEGAL NOTICE Sealed bids will be received for Bloomingdale Regional Utilities by the Savannah Economic Development Authority (SEDA), 131 Hutchinson Island Road, 4th Floor, Savannah, GA 31412 at 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at Bloomingdale City Hall, 8 US Hwy. 80, Bloomingdale, GA 31302 at 10:00 AM Tuesday, April 20, 2021. The project consists of installation of approximately 13,000 LF of 16” Water Main, including 3000 LF of horizontal directional drills, 13500 LF of 4” & 6” Sewer Force Main, including 850 LF of horizontal directional drills. construction of a 225 GPM Sanitary Sewer Lift Station, a 700 GPM Water Booster Pump Station, and a chemical injection system.
