The Base Bid Work will include removal of the existing condensing unit, disconnection and re-connection of the new condensing unit, electrical service and disconnect, removal and replacement of existing ceilings as required. Refer to the Drawings and Project Manual for the full extent of the Work that will be required. There are 2 Alternates included with the project. Alternate 1 Work will include the complete disconnection and removal of existing condensing Unit CU-2, piping as indicated, and existing concrete pad and reconnection of new condensing unit, new concrete pad as indicated. Alternate 2 Work will include the complete disconnection and removal of existing condensing Units CU-5 and CU-6, piping as indicated, and existing concrete pads. Bids are invited from pre-qualified General Contractors or Trade Contractors for the complete construction of this Project under one General Contract, including all trades as specified in the Project Manual.
